"Kathy and the staff at this agency are exceptional. I became a client with one vehicle. Now I have added a vehicle and a home. I shall also add my others sons vehicles! Throughout the process I have asked an absurd amount of questions and sent an extreme amount of emails and text. No one was rude or upset with they bombardment. Everyone took the time to patiently answer all my question and were quick to respond. Kathy has also at time spent large amount of her time on the phone with me. Most business owners pass these task to others. This speaks volumes to this company. The employees have exceptional work ethic and Kathy has done a Phenomenal job ensuring that she has created a company with professional and competent staff. "Rebecca quoted out all the insurances I needed, which was a lot. The quotes were great and substantially lower then what i was paying. Excellent coverages. Explained things to me so I could understand. Even though in the end I stayed with my current provider (they matched her coverage and pricing) she walked me through everything to make sure it was what she offered. Even knowing she didn't get the business right now. In the future or if someone asks, I will absolutely refer to her. She is the best!"
